
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp heaping baking soda
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted & cooled
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet Ghirardelli chocolate chips
Preheat over to 350 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside
Mix together almond flour, salt, baking soda & flax in a bowl.
Stir in the oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract & water into the batter
Fold in the chocolate chips
Use a cookie scoop to place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes
Gently press down to flatten
Let cool & enjoy!
