Granola

4 cups Old Fashion Oats
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup honey
1 cup coconut oil or avocado oil 1 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup wheatgerm
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple extract

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir until well mixed and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
  4. Let it cool completely, and lift with a spatula to create large chunks.
  5. Store in an airtight container.

Optional: add 1 cup raw or dry roasted nuts (any kind), replace cinnamon with a pumpkin spice blend

Use in your favorite yogurt, as cereal, or sprinkle over ice cream ENJOY!
